1. Complete Your Intake Form
You’ll find a short onboarding form embedded below. This gives me insight into your current business setup, services, pricing, and where you feel stuck so we can make the most of our time together.

2. Contract + Invoice
Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive your consulting agreement for e-signature along with your invoice (if not already finalised).

3. Schedule Your Calls
You’ll receive access to book your consulting sessions through our shared client portal.

4. Strategy + Implementation
During our time together we’ll work through:

• Offer clarity and positioning
• Packaging and pricing refinement
• Client attraction and pitching strategy
• Backend structure and workflow improvements
• Real-time feedback on scripts, proposals, and processes

You’ll also have Telegram support between calls for quick questions and accountability.

5. Final Audit + Forward Plan
In our final session we’ll review everything implemented and create a clear game plan for how you continue growing your VA business after the intensive.
